Mid-term evaluation of the “Amina Programme”

We conducted the mid-term evaluation of the “Amina” Programme, implemented by Missing Children Europe. This ambitious European programme, funded by H&M Foundation, aims at protecting Unaccompanied and Separated Children (UACS) who move within and between different European countries through the creation of an app and by improving the coordination between the various stakeholders working at the borders with missing children cases. The programme has also an advocacy component towards European institutions and a communication component with an innovative media campaign. Our mid-term evaluation, carried out according to the OECD/DAC criteria, is based on the analysis of secondary and primary qualitative data.
