CLIENTS: UNICEF, Save the Children, Plan International

TEAM: Maria Rosaria Centrone, Ivan Posylnyi, Anna Gromada

We developed and conducted the research “Understanding children’s and adolescents’ subjective wellbeing in Poland in the face of the war in Ukraine”. The project is a qualitative study, carried out with the participatory methodology of photovoice, that includes ca. 180 Polish and Ukrainian adolescents (10-17 years old). It touches upon issues related to education, protection, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), social cohesion and accountability to affected populations.

The final report “It is cool here, no doubt about it. But home is home” includes lessons learned and recommendation for replication, as well as informs the programme design of the commissioning organisations.
