Our team developed and carried out the workshops:
The workshops aimed at engaging workers of cooperatives in Rize, Republic of Türkiye, and were part of the larger training programme “To be Coop” carried out by Helios Cooperativa Sociale and Legacoop Puglia thanks to European Union’s funds.
With the workshops’ participants we discussed topics such as gender equality in the work environment and challenges and opportunities for women’s and youth participation in the cooperative sector in Turkey, with the objectives of diminishing prejudices towards young people and women and stimulating major diversity within coops operating in Rize.
